STC12C5A60S2 is a single-chip microcontroller produced by STC MCU Limited. It is based on a high-performance 1T architecture 80C51 CPU and has a fully compatible instruction set with industrial-standard 80C51 series microcontroller. The microcontroller features enhanced kernel, which allows for faster execution of instructions in 1-6 clock cycles. It supports In-System-Programming (ISP) and In-Application-Programming (IAP) for easy program and data upgrades without removing the microcontroller from the actual end product. The STC12C5A60S2 retains all features of the standard 80C51 and offers additional I/O ports, interrupt structure, ADC, UARTs, on-chip crystal oscillator, PCA and PWM, SPI, and a one-time enabled Watchdog Timer.Specifications and features
