Description

The AD603ARZ-REEL is an instrumentation OpAmp electronic component designed as a low noise, voltage-controlled amplifier intended to be used in RF and IF AGC systems. It allows for highly accurate and pin-selectable gains up to −11 dB to +31 dB with a bandwidth of 90 MHz or +9 dB to 51+ dB with a bandwidth of 9 MHz.
