Description
The AD534JH is a monolithic laser trimmed four-quadrant multiplier divider that falls under the product category of Linear - Analog Multipliers & Dividers. It offers accuracy specifications that were previously only found in expensive hybrid or modular products. With a maximum multiplication error of ±0.25%, the AD534JH guarantees high accuracy without the need for external trimming. It features excellent supply rejection, low temperature coefficients, and long-term stability, thanks to its on-chip thin film resistors and buried Zener reference. One of its notable features is the fully differential and high impedance operation on all inputs, including the Z input, which enhances its flexibility and ease of use. The scale factor is pretrimmed to 10.00V and can be adjusted to values as low as 3V using an external resistor.
