AD835ARZ - Brand New Analog Devices Linear - Analog Multipliers & Dividers
-
Description
The AD835ARZ is a high-performance four-quadrant voltage output analog multiplier designed to meet the requirements of modern amplifier applications. It is fabricated on an advanced dielectrically isolated complementary bipolar process and has differential multiplication inputs and a summing input at high impedance. The low impedance output voltage can drive loads as low as 25Ω and provides up to ±2.5V. With a small signal rise time of 1ns, the −3 dB output bandwidth is 250 MHz. The settling time to 0.1% under standard RL of 150Ω is 20ns, and the full-scale (−1 V to +1 V) rise to fall times are 2.5 ns. The AD835ARZ is simple to use and versatile and is available in an 8-lead PDIP package (N) and an 8-lead SOIC package (R). It is specified to operate over a wide industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
