Description
The AD9954 is a direct digital synthesizer (DDS) featuring a 14-bit DAC operating up to 400 MSPS. It uses advanced DDS technology and an internal high-speed DAC to form a frequency-agile analog output sinusoidal waveform generator. It offers fast frequency hopping and fine tuning resolution with a 32-bit frequency tuning word. The AD9954 also supports flexible frequency sweep capability and includes an on-chip high-speed comparator for square wave output. It operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
