Description
The MIC1815-10UYTR is a microprocessor supervisory circuit that is designed to monitor power supplies in microprocessor-based systems. It is an inexpensive device that asserts a reset if the power supply drops below a certain threshold level. The reset threshold level is selectable to accommodate 10% or 20% drop in 3.3V powered systems. This device does not require any external components and comes in 3-pin SOT-23 package. It is suitable for portable equipment, intelligent instruments, printers/computers, embedded controllers, and critical microprocessor power monitoring.
