Description
The MX29F1610AMC-90 is a 16-megabit Flash memory chip that can be organized as either 1M wordx16 or 2M bytex8. It is a cost-effective and reliable non-volatile random access memory option. The MX29F1610AMC-90 is available in a 48-pin TSOP or 44-pin SOP package. The 48-pin TSOP package includes extra pins for CE2 and RY/BY, which optimize the control pin budget for products such as solid-state disk drives or flash memory cards. The MX29F1610AMC-90 is designed to be reprogrammed and erased in-system or in standard EPROM programmers.
