The Electronic Component Model 29LV800B-12PFTN is an 8 megabit, 3.0 volt Flash memory organized as 1 Megabyte of 8 bits/512Kbytes of 16 bits each. It offers flexible erase and program capability, with 19 sectors including 16K, 8K, 32K, and 64K byte sectors, as well as 8K, 4K, 16K, and 32K word sectors. The AS29LV800 is available in JEDEC standard 48-pin TSOP and 44-pin SOP packages, and can be programmed and erased with a single 3.0V VCC supply. Additionally, the device can be reprogrammed in standard EPROM programmers.
