Description
The MIC4120-4129YME is a highly reliable BiCMOS/DMOS buffer/driver/MOSFET driver in the IC Chips product category. It belongs to the MIC4123/4124/4125 family, which are higher output current versions of the MIC4126/4127/4128. These drivers are improved versions of the MIC4426/4427/4428 and are pin-compatible with them. The MIC4123/4124/4125 drivers can provide reliable service in demanding electrical environments and will not latch under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings. They can withstand up to 5V of noise spiking on the ground pin and can accept up to half an amp of reverse current forced back into their outputs without damage or logic upset.
