Description
The PBL40303 is a dual line-up GaAs MMIC power amplifier designed for multiband GSM terminals. It operates on a 3.2V supply and delivers output power of more than 34.5 dBm at GSM900 frequency, and more than 31.5 dBm at DCS1800 or PCS1900 frequencies. This power amplifier utilizes an analog control signal to adjust the output power level. It is housed in a specially designed QSOP28 package with no special mounting requirements. The PBL40303 is manufactured using a high-performance MESFET process, ensuring ruggedness for environmental variations.
