Description
The SL6310PSSR is a two-phase buck PWM controller with high current integrated MOSFET drivers. It is designed to provide a precision voltage regulation system for various applications including high current low voltage point-of-load converters, embedded applications, and other general purpose low voltage medium to high current applications.

- Integrated Multi-Phase Power Conversion for 1 or 2-Phase Operation
- Precision Output Voltage Regulation with ±0.8% to ±0.5% system accuracy over-temperature
- Usable for output voltages not exceeding 2.3V
- Adjustable Reference-Voltage Offset
- Precision Channel Current Sharing using loss-less rDS(ON) current sampling
- Optional Load Line (Droop) Programming using loss-less inductor DCR current sampling
- Variable Gate-Drive Bias - 5V to 12V
- Internal or External Reference Voltage Setting
- Overcurrent and Multi-tiered Overvoltage Protection
- Selectable Operation Frequency up to 1.5MHz per phase
- Digital Soft-Start and capable of start-up in a pre-biased load
- Pb-Free (RoHS Compliant)
