Description
The µPC8163TB is a silicon monolithic integrated circuit designed as a frequency up-converter for the cellular telephone transmitter stage. It has improved intermodulation performance and comes in a smaller package. The IC is manufactured using NEC's 20 GHz fT NESATTMlll silicon bipolar process, which utilizes silicon nitride passivation film and gold electrodes for excellent performance, uniformity, and reliability.
