Description
The PC357N1T is a member of the PC357N series of transistor output optocouplers. It consists of an infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to a phototransistor that is packaged in a 4-pin Mini-flat package. This device has an input-output isolation voltage(rms) of 3.75kV, a collector-emitter voltage of 80V(*) and a CTR of 50% to 600% at an input current of 5mA.
