Description
The SPX3819M5-L-3-0 is a linear voltage regulator that provides a low dropout voltage and low noise output. It has a low ground current of 800µA at 100mA output and an initial tolerance of less than 1% max, as well as a logic compatible ON/OFF switched input. It also has reverse battery protection, current limit and thermal shutdown for added protection. Furthermore, this device includes a reference bypass pin that allows it to deliver optimal low noise output performance. With its very low output temperature coefficient, it also makes for a superior low-power voltage reference.
