The V161 is a 3.0-volt 16-megabit Flash memory that is widely used as an electronic component in the IC Chips category. It is organized as 1,048,576 words of 16 bits each or 2,097,152 bytes of 8 bits each. With its x16 and x8 data outputs, the V161 offers versatile options for data transfer. The memory is divided into 39 sectors, allowing for efficient erase operations. CE and OE control signals are included to prevent any bus contention. The V161 can be read or reprogrammed using a single 2.65V power supply, making it suitable for in-system programming.
