The Electronic Component Model 4.5V47MF is a 1 Form C type ultra-thin and super miniature relay with a height of 4mm and a high contact capacity of 2A. It is compact and flat, measuring 10.6(L) × 9.0(W) × 4.0(H) .417(L) × .354(W) × .157(H). The relay has outstanding surge resistance, with a surge breakdown voltage of 2,500V (2 × 10 µsec) between the contact and coil, and a surge breakdown voltage of 1,500V (10 × 160 µsec) between the open contacts. It also has an initial breakdown voltage of 1,500Vrms for 1 min (between contact and coil). The nominal operating power is high, with a sensitivity of 140mW for the single side stable type. The relay has excellent vibration and shock resistance, with functional shock resistance of 750 m/s2 and destructive shock resistance of 1,000 m/s2. It can withstand functional vibrations of 10 to 55 Hz (at double amplitude of 3.3 mm) and destructive vibrations of 10 to 55 Hz (at double amplitude of 5 mm). The use of gold-clad twin crossbar contacts ensures high contact reliability. Additionally, there are options available with AgPd contacts for low level load analog circuits and SX relays designed for low level loads. The relay is also available with a self-clinching terminal and pre-soldering terminal, and its sealed construction allows for automatic washing.
