Description

AD843SQ is an instrumentation operational amplifier belonging to the Analog Devices family of operational amplifiers with a junction isolated complementary bipolar process (CB process) that provides wideband AC performance and DC precision. It is a fast settling, CBFET input op amp with a unity gain bandwidth of 34 MHz and a 135 ns settling time. The AD843 combines low input bias currents of a FET input amplifier, and full power bandwidth is 3.9 MHz, making it ideal for high-speed signal conditioning.
