Description

The STM32F101CBT6 is a member of the Low-density access line family of microcontroller units (MCUs), also known as microprocessors (MPUs) or system-on-chips (SoCs). It features the high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit RISC core, which operates at a maximum frequency of 36 MHz and is capable of 1.25 DMIPS/MHz (Dhrystone 2.1) performance at 0 wait state memory access. The device also includes high-speed embedded memories with 16 to 32 Kbytes of Flash memory and 4 to 6 Kbytes of SRAM, as well as a wide range of enhanced peripherals and I/Os connected to two APB buses. Standard communication interfaces such as one I2C, one SPI, and two USARTs, as well as one 12-bit ADC and up to two general-purpose 16-bit timers, are also available.
