Description
The ADR5040AKSZ is a voltage reference component used in different applications such as battery-powered equipment, power supplies, instrumentation and process control, data acquisition systems, and energy measurement. It is designed for space-critical environments and boasts an initial accuracy of better than ±0.2% and a low temperature drift of 40 ppm/°C. With ultralow output noise of 14 μV p-p, it is housed in ultrasmall SC70 and SOT-23-3 packages, making it a high precision shunt voltage reference.
