Description
The TUSB1310AZAY is a single chip USB transceiver that functions as a full-speed (12Mbps) and low-speed (1.5Mbps) operation. It has an inbuilt voltage detector that detects the VBUS voltage and an integrated 5V to 3.3V regulator for direct powering. Additionally, it is designed to operate as low as 1.6V to make it compatible with lower system voltages in portable systems such as cell phones, MP3 players, and PDAs. The transceiver also supports sharing mode, allowing the D+/D– lines to be shared with other serial protocols.
