Description
The L6221AD is a monolithic quad darlington switch designed for high current, high voltage switching applications. It features four non-inverting inputs with an enable input and TTL-compatible inputs for direct connection to logic circuits. The L6221AD also has a maximum output voltage of up to 50V, output current of up to 1.8A, and very low saturation voltage. It is equipped with integral fast recirculation diodes.
