MB40C360MPFV-G-BND is a high-speed A/D converter using a fast CMOS technology. It has a resolution of 10 bits and a maximum conversion rate of 20 MSPS (min.). It operates at a supply voltage of Single +3.0 V and has a digital in/output voltage of 3 V CMOS level (tristate). The analog input voltage range is 0 V to AVDD (1.5 V to 2.1 Vp-p) and the analog input capacitance is 18 pF (standard). It has a power dissipation of 40 mW and additional capabilities include a power saving function and tristate output. The package size is 24-pin SSOP.
