Description
The MAX232DWRG4 is a part of the MAX220–MAX249 family of line drivers/receivers, designed for EIA/TIA-232E and V.28/V.24 communications interfaces. It is particularly useful in applications where ±12V is not available, making it suitable for battery-powered systems. The MAX232DWRG4 has a low-power shutdown mode, which reduces power dissipation to less than 5µW. Additionally, it does not require any external components, making it ideal for applications with limited printed circuit board space.
