Description
The ACPL-824-300E is a dual-channel phototransistor optocoupler. It consists of four light-emitting diodes optically coupled to two individual phototransistors, and it comes in an 8-pin DIP package. The ACPL-844 is a quad-channel full pitch phototransistor optocoupler comprising eight light-emitting diodes optically connected to four separate phototransistors, and it comes packaged in a 16-pin DIP package. Both types are available in a wide-lead spacing option and a lead bend SMD option with a 5000 Vrms input-output isolation voltage. The optocouplers have a typical response time of 4 µs, and the current transfer ratio (CTR) range is between 20% to 300%.
