Description
The RPF57957B from Maxwell Technologies is a Radiation-hardened Operational Amplifier, designed to operate from a single power supply. The device is featured with Maxwell’s Rad-Pak packaging technology, which incorporates radiation shielding in the microcircuit package. This technology provides greater than 100 krad (Si) radiation dose tolerance and eliminates the need for box shielding, making it suitable for use in orbit or space missions. This device also has operation from split power supplies with low power supply current drain.

- Low input offset voltage and current: 2mV, 5nA
- Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
