Description
The CKL1009P is a miniaturized infrared receiver designed for remote control and other applications that require improved ambient light rejection. It consists of a separate PIN diode and preamplifier IC assembled on a single leadframe. The epoxy package contains a special IR filter, providing excellent performance even in disturbed ambient light applications and protection against uncontrolled output pulses.
