Description
The AD8349ARE is a monolithic RF quadrature modulator designed to be used for communication systems. It is capable of functioning in a frequency range of 700 MHz to 2700 MHz, delivering high performance direct RF modulation due to its excellent phase accuracy and amplitude balance. It features a buffered differential LO input signal and is equipped with a polyphase phase splitter that splits the LO signal into an in-phase (I) signal and quadrature-phase (Q) signal. The buffer controls the overall gain of the output mixer cell amplifier. The AD8349ARE RF modulator is suitable for infrastructure in wireless LAN, wireless local loop, mobile communication systems, LMDS/broadband wireless access systems, and many more. It is packaged in a 16-pin exposed-paddle TSSOP package, which is pin compatible with the AD8345/AD8346s.
