Electonic Component Model: WM1614 is a high-performance, low-power Atmel AVR 8-bit Microcontroller with advanced RISC architecture. It features 131 powerful instructions, allowing for single clock cycle execution. The microcontroller has 32 × 8 general-purpose working registers and operates fully statically. It boasts a throughput of up to 1 MIPS per MHz and includes an on-chip 2-cycle multiplier. The WM1614 has 8/16Kbytes of in-system programmable program memory flash with endurance of 10,000 write/erase cycles. It also features lock bits protection and an optional 2/4Kbytes boot code section with independent lock bits. In-system programming can be done via the on-chip boot program, which allows for true read-while-write operation. The microcontroller has 512 Bytes of in-system programmable EEPROM with a page size of four bytes. It also includes 256/1024 Bytes of internal SRAM and on-chip debug support (debugWIRE).Specifications and features
