The DG201HS is a monolithic device with four independent analog switches. It is designed to provide high-speed and low-error switching of analog signals. With its low on-resistance (25 Ω) and high speed (tON: 38 ns), the DG201HS is ideal for high-speed data acquisition requirements. It is built on a proprietary high-voltage silicon-gate process, ensuring high voltage ratings and superior switching performance. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions and blocks input voltages when off.Specifications and features
