Description
The VG3617161DT is a CMOS Synchronous Dynamic RAM (SDRAM) that is designed to operate from a single 3.3V power supply. It is fabricated with an advanced submicron CMOS technology, making it suitable for current high-speed applications. The SDRAM is organized as 524,288-word X 16-bit X 2-bank and is packaged using JEDEC standard pinouts and standard plastic 50-pin TSOP II.
