The W39L040APOZ is a CMOS flash memory with a capacity of 4 megabits. It operates at a voltage of 3.3 volts and is organized as 512K × 8 bits. The data is divided into 8 sectors of 64 Kbytes, allowing for flexible erase capability. It can be programmed and erased in-system with a standard 3.3V power supply. An accelerated program requires a 12-volt VPP. The W39L040APOZ has a unique cell architecture that enables fast program/erase operations with low current consumption. It offers two modes of operation: Programmer bus interface mode and Low pin count (LPC) bus interface mode.
