    The ZXNB4200JA16 is a power management specialized integrated circuit. It is part of the SGM803/SGM809/SGM810 supervisory circuits that monitor the power supply voltage in microprocessor and digital systems. This component provides a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. It features an internal timer that holds the reset signal for 240 ms on power-up, ensuring stability before releasing the microprocessor from the reset state. The ZXNB4200JA16 is designed to operate with a minimum VCC voltage as low as 1 V.
