The DS90LV004TVS is a low-cost electronic component used as a signal buffer, repeater, and splitter. It is designed with a compact single-piece, all-metal clip, making it easy to mount an iButton on a printed circuit board. This surface-mount device features two springs that function as ground contacts, ensuring a secure connection. The iButton can be inserted and removed without the need for special tools. To achieve optimal performance, the data contact on the printed circuit board should be plated with a layer of minimum 0.76µm hard gold over minimum 3.81µm nickel.
