The PM25LD020-SCE is a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) Flash memory with a capacity of 2Mbit. It can support a clock rate of up to 33 MHz in normal read mode, making it one of the fastest in the industry. With a low voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V, it can perform read, erase, and program operations efficiently. This electronic component is designed for applications that require high-speed data transfer and low power consumption.

- High Product Endurance: Guaranteed 200,000 program/erase cycles per single sector and minimum 20 years data retention
- Industrial Standard Pin-out and Package: Available in various package options, including 8-pin 150mil SOIC, 8-pin 208mil SOIC, 8-pin 300mil PDIP, 8-contact WSON, and 8-pin TSSOP. All packages are lead-free (Pb-free) and halogen-free.Application Scenarios
