The M29W320D is a 32 Mbit non-volatile memory that can be read, erased, and reprogrammed. It has a supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V for program, erase, and read operations. The memory is divided into blocks that can be independently erased, allowing for the preservation of valid data. The M29W320D also features a program/erase controller that simplifies the programming and erasing process. It has a low power consumption and can withstand 100,000 program/erase cycles per block.
