Description
The Si4136XM-GTR is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for wireless communications applications. It combines both IF and RF synthesis functions in a single chip. This IC includes three VCOs, loop filters, reference and VCO dividers, and phase detectors. The programmable three-wire serial interface allows for easy configuration of divider and powerdown settings.
