Description
The KA431SAMF2TF is a three-terminal adjustable regulator series, specifically designed for voltage references. It has a guaranteed thermal stability over applicable temperature ranges. The output voltage can be set to any value between approximately 2.5 V (VREF) and 36 V using two external resistors. With a typical dynamic output impedance of 0.2 Ω, the KA431SAMF2TF is an excellent replacement for Zener diodes in various applications, offering a sharp turn-on characteristic.
