The SPC28-K90E is an electronic component model manufactured by Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. It belongs to the IC Chips product category. It is a CPU based two-channel speech/melody synthesizer with a CMOS 8-bit microprocessor. The synthesizer includes 20K-byte ROM for speech and melody data, 64-byte working SRAM, and two Timer/Counters. It operates over a wide voltage range of 2.4V - 5.5V and includes a Low Voltage Reset function. The SPC28-K90E also has a Clock Stop mode for power savings.
