LDO Regulator - Ultra Low I q, Enable, Reset 350 mA
The NCV8772 is a 350 mA LDO regulator with integrated reset functions designed for microprocessor applications. It is highly robust and can be used in severe automotive environments. The ultra low quiescent current, as low as 24 A typical, makes it suitable for applications that require ultra low quiescent current even when permanently connected to a battery, with or without load. This feature is particularly important when modules need to remain in active mode when ignition is off. The Enable function can be used to further decrease the quiescent current in shutdown mode to 1 A. The NCV8772 also includes protection functions such as current limit, thermal shutdown, and reverse output current protection.
