Description
The SP2525SS23RG is a single +3.0V to +5.5V USB Supervisory Power Control Switch designed for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. It has a low on-resistance of 80mΩ (typical) and can supply a minimum of 500mA. The device has limited fault currents of 2.0A (typical) and features a flag output pin to indicate fault conditions to the USB controller. In addition, it has a 1ms soft start that eliminates momentary voltage drop on the upstream port, particularly useful in bus-powered applications.
