Description
The MAX9175EUB+ is a nanopower comparator in a space-saving SOT23 package. It has Beyond-the-Rails™ inputs and can operate down to +1.8V. The MAX9175EUB+ features an on-board 1.245V ±1.5% reference and draws an ultra-low supply current of only 750nA. It is ideal for 2-cell battery applications and monitoring systems.
