Description

The LT1395CS8 is a single 400MHz current feedback amplifier with an 800V/µs slew rate and the ability to drive up to 80mA of output current. It operates on a supply voltage from a single 4V to ±6V. The LT1395CS6 also has a shutdown pin, which allows it to draw virtually zero supply current and become high impedance when disabled. It has a fast turn-on and turn-off time, making it ideal for spread spectrum and portable equipment applications.
