Description
The SG1234AB is a self-contained, fixed-voltage negative regulator capable of providing up to 1.5A of load current. It is part of the SG120 series which comes in a variety of output voltages and four package options making it an optimum complement to the SG7800A/7800/120 line of three-terminal regulators. The regulator offers excellent line and load regulation, foldback current limiting, and thermal overload protection for high reliability applications. Other voltage options are available upon contacting the factory.
