    The AQV414EHA is a solid-state relay that belongs to the product category of solid-state relays. It is a 1 Form B output type device that couples high capacity with low on-resistance (Typ. 1Ω). It has been built using a MOSFET processed by the DSD method, which has enabled the low on-resistance feature.
