The CPC1017NTR is a high-performance solid-state relay from Clare that utilizes MOSFET technology with optically linked components to provide 1500V of input-to-output isolation. The device has a small 4-pin SOP package and is designed to be highly efficient, requiring only 1mA of LED current to operate.
