The AD8306ARZ-RL7 is a complete IF limiting amplifier designed for special purpose amplification. It provides an accurate logarithmic (decibel) measure of the input signal over a dynamic range of 100 dB, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. With a programmable limiter output and a frequency range of 5 MHz to 400 MHz, this amplifier is easy to use and requires few external components. It operates on a single supply voltage of +2.7 V to +6.5 V and has a power consumption of under 50 mW at 3V. The AD8306ARZ-RL7 has a CMOS-compatible control interface and fast enable/disable times, making it convenient for integration into various systems.
