Description
The MAX1821EBC-T is a low-dropout, pulse-width-modulated (PWM) DC-DC buck regulator that is designed for providing power to the power amplifier (PA) in WCDMA cell phones. It offers high efficiency and can also be used in various other applications. The regulator operates within a supply voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V and has a guaranteed output current of 600mA. With its 1MHz PWM switching frequency, it allows for the usage of small external components and its skip mode reduces quiescent current to 180µA with light loads.
