Description

The W29C020CP-90Z is a 2-megabit CMOS flash memory with a voltage requirement of 5 volts. It can be written, erased, and programmed in-system using a standard 5V power supply, eliminating the need for a 12-volt VPP. This flash memory has a unique cell architecture that allows for fast write operations with low current consumption compared to other similar 5-volt flash memory products. It can also be written using standard EPROM programmers.
