Brief Description
The RF1103 is a three-stage class AB power amplifier designed for 2400–2483.5 MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) band applications. It is compliant with FCC Part 15 regulations in the ISM band, making it suitable for use in a direct conversion 2400 MHz radio system. The RF1103 operates in the 2400 MHz ISM band with a supply voltage range of 3.0–4.5V. It is equipped with a 20-pin TSSOP package and requires few external components for operation.
