Description
ZLDO1117 is a low dropout positive adjustable or fixed-mode regulator with 1A output current capability. It has a 2% tolerance across the industrial temperature range and is guaranteed to have lower than 1.2V dropout at full load current. This makes it ideal for providing well-regulated outputs of 1.2V to 5.0V with input supply voltages up to 18V. The ZLDO1117 is especially suitable for low voltage IC applications, such as high-speed bus termination and low current 3.3V logic supply, across the entire industrial temperature range.
